Grey's Anatomy: Sweet Surrender

I'm terribly behind on writing a review of the last Grey's Anatomy we (the dutch people) saw. This one was Sweet Surrender.

In the middle of a series of intense treatments, Izzie distracts herself by planning Derek and Meredith's wedding. But the stress of her illness takes its toll on Alex, who freezes during surgery just as George begins to excel. Meanwhile: Callie's father arrives at Seattle Grace, but is less than pleased to meet his daughter's girlfriend...

Well this was the most we've seen of George in ages. No wonder they're cutting him out of show. It was a very funny episode, with Izzie faking her death all the time to get people's attention and Lexie's major chocolate addiction due to the Derek/Mark feud (a play on the actress being pregnant at that time) and Meredith trying on dresses. Those were great distractions from the sadness of Izzie dying. Katherine Heigl does a very good job. Alex was once again amazing, I love this emotional side of his, Owen's finally in therapy, Christina wasn't around that much but that doesn't matter because when she does appear she's so strong. Finally, Bailey. What can I say about her? She's just the best doctor in whole of Seattle Grace. Holding a terminal child in her arms until she dies, persuading the father on the way to take over.

I can't wait for the next episode, I'm sure it's gonna be intense....but I'm ready.
